  • Machining Side Faces of Main Bearing Cap of Large Engine Block

    The geometric and dimension tolerance is 0.015mm for main bearing side faces, which is too small to be achieved easily. By means of special machining process adjustment and optimization of fixture PLC program, the required tolerance is finally achieved now.
  • Machining Crankshaft & Camshaft Bores of Large Engine Block

    The required true position is 0.04mm and parallelism 0.02mm for crankshaft & camshaft bores with stricter tolerance requirement. It had taken 6 months to adjust for professionals from equipment manufacturer, but it still failed. With detailed analysis and adjustment of machining process and machine parameter for many rounds, process team has finally met the requirement.
  • Simultaneously Machining Side Frames of High-end Printing Machine

    Requirement: True position is ±0.04 for finished bore; Concentricity of two side frames is 0.025 inspected separately by CMM; For D175H6, D140H6 and D40H6, roundness is 0.03 and cylindricity 0.004. With repeatedly data collection and detailed analysis, process team has finally mastered the machining control method.

  • Process Control Overview

    By means of MES intelligent manufacturing system, the full product lifecycle management can be achieved, such as dynamic and traceability management covering raw materials planning, production machines, fixtures, cutting tools, process quality, logistics and quality feedback.
  • On-line Inspection System

    Through both wired and wireless data transmission, the on-line inspection system can automatically calculate CPK, generate SPC control chart and trigger an alarm in advance by comparing with the preset control line to call an attention to improvement.
  • Process Management

    Process quality is monitored by means of IQA, BIQ, GP12, etc. Unqualified products are not allowed to be received, processed and flowed. PDCA management model is applied for continuous improvement.
  • Three coordinates

    There are 7 high-precision CMM inspection equipment, which can achieve full coverage of the size in the range of 0-8000mm; the shape and position accuracy level can reach G0.25.
